Ashish Tripathi
Co-Founder & CEO        

Ashish has 15+ years of experience in building high performance scalable enterprise level applications covering all the stages, from idea-design-development-sales-implementation-support to revenue. His definition of a Software Product is amazingly simple, “100% automation of client’s business processes with 4X ROI and minimal training”.

He could be seen into multiple roles and responsibilities right from the Housekeeping to Architecture Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and many more. He is always concern about the Team and Culture within the organization.

Irayya Madli
Co-Founder & COO        

UX Expert by heart, Irayya has 17+ years of experience with a great understanding of Clients’ Business Processes and Technology which gives him ability to discover the easiest UX solution covering all the aspects. Hmm, it’s another thing, that sometimes his easy solution makes developers sweat a lot.

Responsible for Customer Support & Application Usability and Operations. Two things Irayya cannot compromise with, first any kind of delay in addressing customer issues and team’s perks should not be delayed even by hours. Founder’s salary he is not much bothered about.

Manoj Kumar
Mentor, Advisor & Investor        

Manoj is an Investment Banker by heart and carries decades of experience as CXO.

Manoj is one of the few who believed in the Concept of Legalxgen and the team from the day one. He has not only supported the start-up by funding at the very crucial time but also mentored on many aspects to bring the organization to this stage.

He is one of the founders of Social Alpha and on a critical mission to drive economic growth, social justice, and climate action through the power of entrepreneurship and market-creating innovations.
