We understand the importance of your existing data. We help you to import/migrate your existing data into Legalxgen.

Just to give you more confidence, we’ve imported more than 10 years of data for our clients, which consists 10,000+ Matters, 100,000+ Timesheet, 3000+ Invoices and lot more.

Just we need your data into electronically readable format such as Excel or CSV.

We divide the implementation in phases.

  • Timesheet and Matter are mostly started from the next day, by importing your most recent data (last 6 months to a year). Parallelly we import your old data as well.
  • Invoicing and Expenses are started with 2-3 days with training and initial setup.

Similarly, other features are up and running withing least possible turnaround time.

Yes, Legalxgen can easily be integrated with other apps to exchange the data.

We’ve many integrations already in place such as Gmail, Office 365, Tally, QuickBooks, LEDES etc.

Suppose you’re a team of 10 lawyers and you’ve chosen the Basic Plan i.e. 1500/user/month

So, your charges are calculated as follows:

Monthly: 10 x 1,500 = 15,000.00

Annually: 10 x 1,500 x 12 = 180,000.00

We charge you on the pro rate basis, means if a new member joins the team on the 11th day of the month (Say 11th Jan), for him/ her we charge just for 20 days, not for the full month.

We maintain extreme transparency in our pricing.

Yes, you can control the feature as well the data you want your users to see.

Example: Will Smith is an associate you want him to see only the matters assigned to him, and he should not see the finance information, plus he can not edit/ delete anything.

Yes, at any point of time. We charge prorate basis, so if you upgrade or downgrade your plan you’re charged accordingly.

Our product experts are available for any kind of personalized support. Also, we’ve genuinely nice and well categorized visual content which can be referred at any point of time.

Critical issues (issues stopping you to continue your work) are addressed max in 30 minutes. Other issues are addressed as early as possible as per the severity.

On New features, we’ve a team with Functional Expertise. They evaluate and understand the new feature request, if it’s something really value add for the product, we may consider having it in future release. Timelines are decided as per the severity and availability of resources with the team.

No, currently we do not charge anything extra for the Implementation, Training and Support. Its subject to change as per the organization policy. But you will continue to avail these free benefits if during your purchase time these services were free for you.

You may cancel your subscription at any point of time; you’ll be given all your data into your preferred format. Charges as per prorate will be applicable.
